CHILD & FAMILY SERVICES
The Primary Mental Health Program, PMHP, is an early intervention program coordinating with local school districts to provide help to children who have been identified as being at risk for school adjustment problems. Trained Child Associates work directly with children grades pre-K through 3 on a weekly basis. For more information on how to implement this program in your school, contact Rick Oertel at: roertel@bhsn.org or call 518-561-1767. The Primary Mental Health Program is funded in part by the Office of Children & Family Services administered locally through the Clinton County Youth Bureau.
