Peter Trout, Chief Operating Officer, was honored in October of 2004 by the New York State Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for his work over the years in the field of recovery for clients.
Former Board Chair, John Flanzer receives the Redcay Award in the Fall of 2003 honoring his volunteerism over the decades in our community's mental health field
Adventure-Based Counseling Program Director, Gregg Dahlen, accepted the Excellence in Service Award from NYS Office of Mental Health Commissioner, James Stone, in December of 2002 in Syracuse, New York.
Members of the Staff Advisory Committee, along with our CEO, presented a check to our regional American Red Cross Director on behalf of the staff which voted to forego our annual Staff Appreciation Dinner in 2002 and turn 100% of the funds (plus additional personal donations) over to the Red Cross for assisting those involved in, and victims of, the World Trade Center disaster and recovery efforts.
Semi-annually, in November and March, staff members deliver donations collected over a few weeks' time to the Clinton County (NY) Interfaith Food Shelf.
