Employee Assistance Services is licensed as a year-round screening site for both Depression and Anxiety Disorders as part of the National Year Round Referral Network.

By calling 518-563-8293, or toll-free at 1-800-724-0747, you may schedule a private face-to-face 30-minute screening with a licensed mental health clinician, any weekday.

For further information you may also talk to us by clicking on the button "Comments on our Site" to your left or, for depression screening, you may link to the National Mental Health Association's screening tool at their website.  This site is intended to serve only as a first step in helping people with undiagnosed and untreated depression to seek professional help.
