This year's MARDI GRAS NORTH will honor Penny Clute, retired City Judge and former District Attorney for Clinton County. Over the years she has been instrumental in opening the doors of recovery for many who receive services at BHSN and given them a new life road to follow. She currently volunteers her time with our PROS program using her avocation of photography to again let each become all he or she is capable of being.
