MHAB Champlain Hall Dormitory overseen by Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN), offers a transitional supportive housing in a smoke/alcohol/drug free environment, to individuals/families that are experiencing homelessness with the goal of interim stability and support to successfully move into permanent housing within a 24 month time period.

Personal Accountability for Changing Tomorrow (PACT) is an intervention program operated by BHSN. The program serves individuals who have used violence, control, or intimidation in their relationships—whether court-ordered or self-referred.
