That commitment begins on day one. BHSN’s President and CEO Katherine Cook sits down with our newest members in Queensbury and Plattsburgh for a warm, post-onboarding tradition: Koffee with Katherine. 

These candid, small-group sessions give new hires a direct line to executive leadership over fresh coffee, creating a space where open dialogue, fresh ideas, and genuine connection can thrive without the barrier of formal agendas.
