Children & Family Treatment Support Services

It takes a supportive and integrated approach to help children and families navigate mental health and substance use challenges. Our Child & Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS) offer a range of flexible, home- and community-based services designed to improve the overall functioning and well-being of youth, their caregivers, and their families.

This program is offered in:

Program Overview

CFTSS is a home and community-based program that brings specialized, rehabilitative care right to where children and families live, learn, and play. The goal is to provide early intervention and rehabilitative support services to children ages 0-21 who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues. By intervening early, we help reduce risk and prevent the need for more intensive, out-of-home care.

Our team focuses on improving a child’s overall functioning and provides the necessary skills for children, youth, and families to thrive in their daily lives.
