Family Peer Support Services

Seeking support for a child facing mental health or developmental challenges is a courageous step. Our Family Peer Support Services (FPSS) provides compassionate, lived-experience guidance to caregivers, empowering them to navigate complex systems and strengthen their family's well-being.

This program is offered in:

Program Overview

FPSS is a home and community-based program designed to support caregivers in improving the overall function and well-being of their children (up to age 21) with a mental health or developmental disability diagnosis.

The most valuable aspect of this program is that all services are delivered by Certified Family Peer Advocates. These advocates are not just trained professionals; they are also caregivers themselves who have firsthand experience raising a child with similar needs. This unique perspective ensures the support is relevant, empathetic, and effective, promoting an effective family-driven model of care.
