Program Overview

Stabilization and Prevention


Our Crisis Team works closely with adults, children, adolescents, and families facing severe mental health challenges. The central goal of our service is to provide crisis intervention and hospital prevention.


We address a wide range of mental health challenges, including:

  • Suicidal or homicidal thoughts

  • Self-harming behaviors

  • Increased psychiatric distress

  • Recent trauma and behavioral issues

  • Substance abuse issues

We provide support through various access points to meet you where you are:

  • Walk-in Support

  • Phone Support

  • Community-Based Support

Services Offered

Our services focus on immediate support, assessment, and intervention to quickly decrease distress and mediate the crisis, helping to stabilize the situation and prevent the need for inpatient hospitalization.


  • Immediate Support: Providing help the moment you need it, whether for yourself or a friend, family, or community member.

  • Screening & Assessment: Rapid review and evaluation of the current crisis situation to determine the appropriate level of care.

  • Intervention: Immediate strategies and support aimed at correlating the severity of the mental health crisis.

  • Safety Planning: Working with individuals to develop a concrete plan to keep themselves safe during times of distress.

Anyone of any age with any insurance who is experiencing a mental health crisis and is seeking intervention and hospital prevention qualifies for this service.
