Employee Assistance Services (EAS) partners with over 130 employers across Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties to offer free, confidential support for employees and those living in their household. EAS serves more than 7,000 employees and their household members, offering short-term support designed to make everyday life a little easier.

EAS is a free and confidential service available to employees and their household members from over 130 local businesses, organizations, and municipalities in Clinton, Essex, and Franklin counties.

Everything you share with EAS is completely confidential, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we may be required by law to act.


Your supervisor may refer you to EAS if your work performance has slipped, but even then, only your participation is shared—not personal details.
