EAS serves more than 7,000 employees and their household members, offering short-term support designed to make everyday life a little easier.

Everything you share with EAS is completely confidential, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we may be required by law to act.
Your supervisor may refer you to EAS if your work performance has slipped, but even then, only your participation is shared—not personal details.
