Program Overview
Northwoods Apartments offers 40 dedicated ESSHI units within a safe, affordable rental complex conveniently located behind Valcour Imaging. This program focuses on long-term stability, serving as a vital resource for our neighbors who are recovering from mental illness or substance use disorders, as well as young adults and those experiencing chronic homelessness. By combining a traditional rental environment with an intensive on-site support network, we empower residents to build independent, fulfilling lives while strengthening the fabric of our local community.
