Exploration & Preparation
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS): Early career support specifically for students with mental health diagnoses. We focus on job exploration, work-based learning, workplace readiness skills, and self-advocacy to help students discover their interests and explore future career possibilities while still in school.
Assessment Services: We take a deep dive into your unique strengths and work history. Career exploration helps uncover your strengths, experiences, and interests. We review your education, work history, skills, and goals using tools like interview and interest inventories. This insight informs personalized recommendations for your next steps.
Employment Preparation: We build your workplace confidence through soft skill building, addressing topics like time management and teamwork. This also includes Benefits Advisement to help you understand how earned income impacts your specific benefits.

We partner with you to develop a customized success plan centered on your unique strengths and goals, offering intensive job coaching and expert help with workplace accommodations to build lasting stability.

Plattsburgh: Most of our services are provided at no cost to you, and we never bill your insurance. In some cases, if additional supports are needed to help you succeed at work, we may review financial options and resources together.
